We apologize for any convenience that you may have experienced in submitting samples for testing through the US Postal Service. 

During the month of April, we have receieved an unusual number of calls from our clinics all across the country looking for test results.  What we have learned is that the USPS is now taking 2-4 weeks to deliver a sample to us.  This is unacceptable!

To ensure that your allergy testing sample arrives quickly and safely, Bio-Medical Services now offers FREE UPS shipping. This service is available for clinics within the continental United States.

(If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the United States please call our customer service team for submission instructions.)
